About two transmissions and they both are bad

My complaint is that I spent $1,000 on a transmission and it was bad, LKQ send me another transmission that is worser than the first one. I paid $650 for the labor on the first transmission, and they’re not sticking to their agreement on paying for the labor for the second one.
