Fraudsters do not return money
I bought the product at 110.shop. 19.10.2020 After 3 days, the product was not delivered inside. The product did not show any visible damage. I decided if the product was damaged in 3 days, I will send it back to return the money. 110.shop said to send. 11/26/2020 I returned the product. After one day I receive a call from 110.shop, where I am informed that the product has been used and the money back does not work! The product worked for 3 days! The lady says that when driving after her product (stove surface). When I mentioned whether this hob works, they didn't know - so they offered to go after the hob, which doesn't even close inside without checking it. After receiving this information, it is said that in that case it will be sent to the service. If in service within 30 days! will find that it is a manufacturing defect only then return the money. It takes 2 days and again calls from 110.shop and tells everything from the end that in order to drive after the stove surface - I ask again or it works, again I don't know anything and again it is sent to the service. In the middle of a couple of times from 110.shop also beeped on my phone, apparently so that after that we could say we called you but could not call. I see that following the laws of cheap is a problem. don't buy anything in this store, especially now for the Z-holiday. Then choose other online stores where, at least after reading the complaints with the product returned within 14 days, there is no problem with the refund. There may be other problems, but when you buy 110.shop you will lose not only nerves and time, but also goods and money.
