I have been a loyal customer of Oceankom since 2002, I use the cable TV service + additional block (with German channels), when it changes subscription fee, then immediately report - put in front of the fact, but when the necessary channels are removed, then not even announced at all, half a day has to spend to put the channels back in order, because hopelessly before that the necessary channels were searched... Then when calling for information phone, then well if after 0, 30 minutes someone answers, the feeling that the phone lines are very busy (strange, sometimes lack of staff)... Such disrespectful attitude towards the customer, as if in white they do not matter at all!... I think the customer chooses the range of channels based on their preferences, but if it is changed to other (non-performing channels), what does it cost?...
