Bad Attitude

Order No: 800013 Today 20.12.2018. I made an order from the iAZ Store www.azstore.ca (I sent the product, which was indicated as available in the warehouse) In the evening, a consultant contacted me and explained that it is not possible to order the product. To which I received the answer that we return the money within 3-14 working days. Dear Management of MK TRADE Ltd.! If such situations occur, then I believe that the money should be returned to the customer during the day, because the customer is not to blame that you do not remove incorrect information about the availability of the product from your website. Is it normal for you to freeze a client's funds for that period?
