Just like in the USA
A couple of weeks ago, I mistakenly chose ARS dentistry to fix my tooth. I didn't know any dentists, so I took what was offered at the reception. I met Dr. Trushevska. Since the Soviet / post-Soviet era, I had not encountered a situation where one tooth, even in the case of canal treatment, should be treated in 3 passes. But well... I might not have survived that, if not for the negative atmosphere in the office every time. There was a feeling that a person has had a long-standing internal problem, which is pushing outwards. It was never offered to rinse your mouth during the entire visit (all 3 times). As a result, after an hour of operation, a good pile of "construction debris" had already accumulated in the mouth. And then follows the text - "Bite! Do not disturb". While I try to find a little moisture in my mouth and understand where the tongue is in that dryness and dust, the question is repeated 2 more times. What to say. Professional and sensitive doctor. Even the assistant offered to rinse at some point in the process, but Mrs. Trushevska just snorted something and the assistant seemed at peace. And more. I know the doctor has a cat. But I probably shouldn't know that at all.
