Packages cannot be located in the building. Where were they delivered? Instructions were posted by the door, but ignored. Several residents have the same complaints about lost packages from lasership. User’s recommendation: Lasership should deliver directly to recipient’s apartment or leave with neighbors, not at the lobby or on top of the mailboxes, it is very incompetent...

User’s recommendation: be weary of where you have packages shipped.
Not able to talk to anyone regarding incorrect deliveries. They drop all of the packages on the mailroom floor instead of delivering them to the address on the package. These packages are being stolen. No one at Lasership customer service answers the phone! Ugh!!! User’s recommendation: Don’t use Lasership!
Terrible food
We ordered sushi from Panda for the first time! I had never eaten anything so terrible! We ordered Hot Chicken Sushi, got something that tasted like smoked mackerel over cheese?! Wok inedible. Looked and tasted disgusting, money thrown in the wind!
