Being charge $14.95 monthly for a program I did not sign up for!

I bought a product from their catalog. After receiving the product, I was being charged $14.95 a month on my bank card! When I called to see why. . . I was told you are signed up automatically and have 30 days to cancel for free shipping – or something like that! I did not sign up... Read more ➤

Did not get my free shipping on my order

I signed up for the Lakeside Collection Perks Member. It said it would take $9 off of my order (which equals to free shipping). I did not get the free shipping.
