Very poor service

A fee for warranty repairs on your Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, which had a front camera defect from the factory (also acknowledged) service). However, I was denied a warranty repair because I had a slight abrasion on the volume button. They positioned that there had been a big blow there and would do nothing. Very sad service.
