26.07.2020 Faced with a very unfair and unpleasant commercial practice from LLC Bolt services. US parties. I rent a scooter, drove around, enjoy the ride and after the scooter just automatically so blocked and I get an invoice, which includes a 30-day penalty for the sale. First of all, I wasn't parked at all, I was driving through this red area and I was planning to go back to the green area, where I would also have parked my scooter. Parks are also red areas and people drive there, because you can drive there, you can't park. The company has stated in its application and on its website that a fine is applied for parking in the restricted area. Second, I did not receive any warning that the scooter will be blocked immediately. After blocking, I immediately opened the bolt application, where I was asked to rent the scooter again, to leave the restricted area - I also did it, because I understood from the information indicated in the application, if I move out of this restricted parking area, the penalty will not be applied, which will not be applied. Only no money was returned to me. Then, when I started to inquire more about the rules, I found that after 3h the ride the scooter is blocked, but no warning was received and after blocking I hired I took the scooter again and took it out of this restricted parking area and parked it in the permitted area. I have not caused any damage to the company, I have not parked it in an unauthorized place, so I do not understand why the penalty.
