I have called and emailed and left messages with no response! My order #181684 was never delivered! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy anything from this site!

Placed an Order Oct 12th Still waiting for them to respond

This order is outstanding and I paid them $758.89. They will not respond to me with regards to my order. I have attempted to contact them via message on there website and phone calls to no avail. Looks like they are a SCAM company. User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM KTOOL.

Poor communication, false advertising, unresponsive company, weeks of delays

Avoid ktools.net at all costs!!! Very unprofessional owner. Terrible customer service. Deceitful marketing! This company doesn’t have any products in stock, instead it just drop ships other companies products from their websites, often with weeks of delay before any shipments go out. Was promised a refund withen 48 hrs but it’s already been month waiting for my refund.
