Fair Use Policy
What is a nightmare "" Fair Use Policy ""? I have a fixed monthly fee in xMobile - 4. 27 EUR, I can make unlimited calls and text messages in Bite, AuMobile, Telstra and Optus networks. At least it has been to this day! Today I received a statement from xMobile that I violated the "Fair Use Policy"... I sat and thought about what it was like to be a devil and what to eat with it! What did I do to be violated? I called the xMobile operator, who said that I was making a one-way call... I made frequent and long calls (within two days), but the person I am calling does not make calls to me. All this is recorded by the system and she can't determine if I'm really calling a friend or using Bite's connection for profit! I am speechless... i have unlimited calls... but now i have to start thinking that, however, are they limited? I was always satisfied with the xMobile company, but now I don't know what to think and do...
