Worst Company’s customer care serice.

Have dropped 100+ email and still they have not resolved the issue. Everything they reply saying we are looking into it but issue still remains the same. User’s recommendation: Never buy from Kogan.

I cannot even get to speak to anyone about the issue.

I accidentally ordered a washing machine when changing details on my credit card. Not sure how it happened but it did! All good now and refunded immediately – about 48 hours. Wrong order for my lavazza coffee machine were sent to me, after Kogan had emailed me to say would be compatible to my coffee machine.

Kogan sent an email to me saying these particular pods were suitable for me but in actual fact they were to big! I have been emailing and trying to ring them on numerous occasions without any success, since receiving shipment in anarchy!
