I ordered a bed on 19/3/2021. 2 of 3 boxes were delivered on 31/3/2021 and I have received assistance from the help desk to contact Allied Express, the delivery company, and organised the missing box to be delivered. Placed an order (order# XK4WTB4U) with Kogan Australia and requested for cancellation within 24 hours time period and before the order is despatched, requested using kogans website and was provided with case ref number as "9621952".
