I bought a xMobile payment phone, unfortunately, 2 pcs. one Samsung, the other Huawei.. Samsung after 3 months toll repair, repaired under warranty, 2x - after a month, repaired under warranty repair, the motherboard was replaced, 3x- I already bring after 2 weeks and please in return equivalent, and here for you, found external bushes are no longer under warranty. Well, I turned to AuMobile and they made repairs for me for a guarantee : ) xMobile to the question why AuMobile thought that there was no external damage and repaired the phone, could not answer me... poor girls and guys... The contract expires in December, call xMobile and do not call me and do not ask why I go to another operator. BUT... the illness started with Huawei, the phone is new, now it will be such a year (something crazy another year ahead), ",so kept in the phone case... suddenly there were problems with the sound... we took it to BITE, sent it to MTTC (with which xMobile had a contract), and then again found an external technical fault, refused the warranty, make 178 AU$ for your money, ha ha, (can buy a new phone, I shed tears) So many questions for BITE, so no one can answer... Couldn't xMobile add a new clause to the contract for new customers - to use the phone only in the BOX during the contract obligations! (to avoid scratches, bumps, not to mention really visible damage). Does xMobile expire all rights and obligations towards customers until the contract is signed. Because, then all customers have to deal with all the problems themselves, call TMMC (call charges), look for independent experts (also charges) to prove that this scratch does not affect the motherboard of the phone, and so on. I have seen one complaint before, but unfortunately so today and I repeat- NEVER BUY BEE PHONES, BECAUSE NO WARRANTY! DON'T CHOOSE THE BITS, THEY DON'T MATTER!
