Where are all the live people to contact????

The website is THE worst I have ever seen. I’m trying to contact a live person but as far as I can tell, the entire company is run by robots. Is there a live person anywhere I can contact????

They charge you what they can because they can. Half my bill is not product used

These guys charge you whatever they can on top of the ACTUAL product they are selling because, well, they can. Literally half of my bill every month has nothing to do with the gas I am using.
