Shipment 05805087221362 has been in Emerald warehouse since 06-01-2021. No progress at all. Operators can practically not call the customer service telephone number. Indicates that it is waiting for the required accompanying documents from the sender. But all the necessary information has been provided for a long time. Does not even correspond to the sender of the goods. I call the shipper regularly. iExpress doesn't answer them! The shipment tracking page indicates that the item has been shipped to the address but is then returned to the warehouse. Such entries are repeated by Dpd.
