Poor service

I understand that Itella's services have damaged faith in the courier service for me... I am waiting for the shipment from 30. 01. 2017. You can see on the tracking page that the courier could not contact me that day! Of course that is not true! Nobody called me. Week 1 has passed, but no one has delivered this shipment to me either. Today, February 6, I try to contact Itella.org all day, but not one by one. people in this company cannot be called. I'm not sure if I'll ever receive my shipment from Asos. com!
