Unresolved gift card issue

I have contacted several numbers for justice for girls to request a refund for the two justice gift cards that i hold. All i get from justice is a referral to yet another number-nobody will tell me how to get a refund. What now? What a disappointment. User’s recommendation: Forget this place. Shop somewhere else.
