Item mistake by you

An item of clothing I received was mistakenly sent by your staff as it was the wrong size. YOUR mistake NOT mine so the item needs to be returned for a refund. Being YOUR fault your company MUST pay for the return of the garment.

Quality of items ordered was horrible, material was disgusting and now I’m waiting for a return label. After reading the reviews (I did this after purchasing) I doubt if I’ll ever get it.

Disgusted with the quality, material and sizing. Now I find out that if I ever get a return label from them I will have to pay for shipping the six items I purchased to China. What a rip off. User’s recommendation: Avoid this company.

Difficulty in returning order

Cannot get a return address. Supposed to notify me in 48 hrs. of the return address. Only 15 days from authorization to return to return merchandise. Time is running out. User’s recommendation: I won’t order from this company again.
