Poor Service
The shipment has been standing at the Melbourne terminal for a week and is not delivered, it is not possible to call every day by waiting for 35 minutes - no one answers. Emails are not answered either. I contacted the company from which I purchased the item, as if they had contacted iExpress Sola to deliver tomorrow and then again tomorrow, but the shipment was not received. Came from Poland to Australia in 3 days, but in Australia here in Melbourne can not be delivered within a week. I would be ready to pick up the shipment myself and pick it up, but of course it is not possible to communicate. Incoming calls and emails are completely ignored.
