Gift small size need bigger

Problem with a watch.

Hi, I bought a juicy couture watch in January, and the mesh strap has a piece that has loosened and sticks out and keeps on catching on my clothing and everything else. I would like it to be repaired or replaced. Thank you very much, Eve.
