Warranty Repair
In January, tc "Alfa" computer store "Capital" bought their laptop "Gauja" for 165 CA$. First of all, I don't recommend anyone to buy this computer, because braking is simply unrealistic. But that's not the story. I always treat the technique as such very carefully and accurately. I never eat it, I don't scratch it, I don't dig it, etc. One day, when he opened his laptop, an unpleasant surprise awaited him - lines such as lines appeared on the display, as if the display had cracked a little, but the glass itself was completely intact. Its cracks were like internal. I took him to the warranty service, where Capital employees claimed that it was a mechanical damage and that I had torn it, scratched it, etc. Of course I hadn't done anything like that and I already felt inside, that they will order me. The point is that the warranty service is for the same company that sells the product. Of course, they don't want to change my display for their money. If the warranty service were from other companies, then I think the year would be changed. But yes, Capital offered me to replace it for a fee - CAD 60 per display and + CAD 20 per job. Of course, I ordered them and bought a display on ebay for CAD 30 and replaced the choms for free. In short, I do not recommend anyone to buy goods in Capital stores. Will try to fix you for salmon by claiming that you are damaging the goods yourself and will still want to peel 3 skins for repairs. I will never buy anything there again!
