So, all of a sudden I don't get a bill - even though I'm not a Tet customer - I don't need TV in my house - when I need to buy a monthly top-up. An email bill - for a shortcut connected to a television or the devil knows what was there - call me say, how can that be? I guess a good bit of something is compressed, but I haven't had any other emails about having something plugged in. Now they want 33 AU$‎ from me - it's been 4 months since I used to use a shortcut - which I haven't applied for - I say let it be turned off when I tell the situation - they tell me - the data has been entered, I say again that I am not led nothingI have an automatic field filled in on my computer - so maybe someone who has done it will only allow this option - but how can I not receive any confirmation email or call that something is connected? Secondly, I try to enter it Tet - I don't show that I have a profile - I also tell it, I also tried to connect via internet banking - I can't either, because I'm not a customer. And here I can suddenly - it turns out I am - I am already seeing a warning about 3 overdue invoices that I have not received. And what I also saw was that I have an unapproved contract. Then here is my complaint. But at times the question is, what would you do? What a solution - as if the amount is not large - but 30 AU$‎ is also money. Can any mystical contracts be demanded for an unapproved contract at all? But they can also see that the connected service is not used at all? I feel really cheated. It's butter. Besides, is it unrealistic to call them - and chat - some kind of robot that makes no sense at all?
