Hello. I worked back in Silva for a short time, I wanted to share my experiences. Baiba is not a responsible person, does not value any of his employees, no matter how hard he tries, only values the chosen ones who like him! In this case, the chosen one was egi, girlfriends were scared, we other girls did "nothing", only scared and egi did. Very offended to know that it is not. Everyone deserves a vacation, but when you want to go to rest, you get one reproach. I listen from other colleagues how bad I am, irresponsible. I deserve leave! If you get sick there's no chaos right away! Baiba probably believes that no one gets sick, just simulates. One talk behind my back, I myself have heard about several employees when I "liked" some of them irresponsible. She really likes to discuss the privacy of other employees with her colleagues-chosen ones! I just do not recommend anyone to go to work on plum at least while baiba works there. I can only say good things about all the other superiors, the attitude and behavior was super good. Baiba is not the last person on earth, find a decent employee who could replace that person. This will continue until you have no more employees. Baiba really eats employees.
