Total loss vehicle

My car was a total Loss in January 2021, my Insurance paid their portion, I got in touch with GAP Insurance like they told me to, that GAP would pay the remaining balance of $4, 900. Fraud and refuse to pay

This company is a total sham! Please, I repeat please do not waste your money getting gap insurance with them. Gap insurance scam!

I received a letter indicating a negative or zero amount to be credited. This is ridiculous when there is gap coverage! I was misled by the dealer and jm & a group on the insurance I purchased to avoid this situation. Poor service

Unhappy staff, I had to wait at least 5 minutes for the guy to finish sitting in the tinder and come to serve us + I got a glimpse of that I didn't say what I wanted sooner.
