I called and the automated system said my hold time was 181 minutes. I hung up, thats absurd &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; a waste of my time. Very disappointed in customer service. Its obnoxious that your told to do everything on line when you cant the hold time is extremely long.
Airline has made two changes to original reservation. The first was able to be changed without disruption to our plans. The second time change however, makes it impossible to make connecting flight. No alternative flight available to make connection. Resolution would require adding $628 to our reservation for only one segment (2 people) which is not possible...
