I still did not receive my refund yet since

For order i did not receive,i place think order since the 02/02/2021 and up till now I did not receive my order. I went on the live chat and asked to cancel and refund my money back in to my account for more than 1 month now they still did not refund User’s recommendation: Not too sure.
