Poor service
A heating network operator for thousands of people who don't even have a website. The emergency number can only be obtained from other service providers or press releases. You can only call the emergency number for the fifth time - you just don't connect before. When the call tone finally appears, wait 7 to 10 minutes to connect to the operator. After the third such call, I drew the operator's attention to the poor telephone service, but she pretended not to hear it. When I asked about the hot water in our house, I was told that during the holidays no one would fix anything and when they could be repaired I don't know. Then we are waiting for the sixth day. With the warmth of Melbourne, however, everything was much less human. This empty office is probably too big a mouthful/ p>
