Unfortunately, there is no error in the subject of the complaint. I can present documents. which certifies that the computer which 1a undertook to deliver (both in writing and by telephone) in August within 2-3 days of receipt of payment has in fact been delivered 2-3 MONTHS after receipt of payment. I ordered and paid for the computer in August, but received it and could actually start using it only in November. At that time, of course, I had to do without a computer, because the money was already at 1a. I also had to spend a lot of time and nerves to get 1a this delivery at least during this time (including several trips to them at my own expense, although I had also paid them for the delivery, as well as phone calls to numbers, which they have at an increased cost and which are answered only by their answering machine, but are not called back by themselves as soon as problems need to be resolved). In the end, a noticeably used and worn computer was delivered, not a new computer. Therefore, I advise others to be very careful not to fall for this company's offers, which only look better than their competitors in terms of price and delivery terms.
