Kerr lids problem

I purchased 36 packages of your Kerr lids at Walmart in Ogden Utah. Each package only contained 11 lids. This is false advertising because the package states 12 lids. The bar code number on the packages is 706100****. 4. I do not have the receipt from the store. What can you do about this?

Food saver was not sealing.Had flashing dry/moist button.

Jarden called me within a day. Walked me through resolving two issues with my Food saver. My unit is 2 yrs old with 5 year warranty. They also gave me instructions for better use to get the results I would want. Very satisfied. User’s recommendation: Contact Jarden directly.

Defective product less than year old – FoodSaver

Defective product which was a replacement of the original purchased at Costco. Now this one stopped vacuuming and sealing and it’s less than year old.
