Non- receipt of items

Australian pasts has not delivered the second item - swedbank bank card. At the nearby post office (Devonport, Traffic Street) it was claimed that this should happen and that a registered letter should be sent. Where do these shipments stay? How reliable is this delivery? I still haven't received, appendix details for 2 cards. I ordered 3 (!) Only upon receipt at the bank branch.
