Doll doesnt sing anymore after 3 days of opening package. Company will not send me a free shipping label to send the package back. They said I need spend money out of pocket to send back the damage item. This is very frustrating. They will not have the replacement for me. User’s recommendation: I will not recommend.

My granddaughter received the Disney Princess Petite Tiana today. She was playing with her other grandmother, and they tried to move her legs. When they did one leg popped off. We cannot the leg back on. Can you please advise how to pop it back on? Sincerely, Donna Kimmel
