They don’t care.

Jackson Emc just dont care. They will not return your call to ask about surge protection. I thought they would help me with this. User’s recommendation: I wish I could choose Ga power.

Don’t understand.

I just dont understand. They send fliers of service they offer. But no one will return your call. Terrible service. User’s recommendation: Don’t move or build in area they serve.

Quality of service.

I dont understand Jackson Emc. They send fliers in mail with your bill for services they offer. But no one will return your call. Service is awful. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy or build where they serve.

Customer service not friendly.

Customer service was awful. Not customer friendly. Very disappointed with this Emc. Will be moving soon to South Georgia. Have had better service down south. User’s recommendation: Do move where they serve.
