Poor service

I was faced with an unpleasant situation in "Phoenix ", located in New Jersey, Maras Street. After the win, a security guard "Oksana "came and started demanding tea money from the winnings. I understand that such things happen, but does the guard really have the right to come and almost squeeze part of the winnings for himself? Phoenix's management should pay attention to this, because I don't consider it normal to watch someone fall for him to come and force him to give him a share of the win.
