I ordered a couple of seeds from Jacks seeds. I then noticed I was charged a foreign transaction fee on my credit card and when I try to track my shipment I realized it was coming from China. The tracking is all in Chinese and I cannot read any of it. I have yet to see if...

I signed up on their site then unsubscribed a day later. Their customer service keeps texting me and I cannot reach them to remove my ph#. User’s recommendation: Don’t sign up with this company.
I ordered seeds and they sent a few seeds in a 2 X 2 pouch and the address was from China. I don’t buy seeds from China. Don’t buy from this company.
Very Delayed Shipping
Absolutely a very negative experience with this business. It is not possible to control the collection of Dhl shipments by this company. Already countless times in 3 years. Shipments have been delayed for obvious reasons. The reasons for failed deliveries are being blatantly lied to. I have been waiting for the delivery of two shipments for a week now. The system has advanced since the last time. I received an SMS with a question whether I want to receive a shipment to the specified address or to the nearest Itella Pick-Up place. I replied that I would like to receive a "pick-up" site. I received the answer "thank you for your choice". It was Monday. On Thursday, I get a call from the itella driver "or am I home to pick up the package right away". I answer that I am not both. That I have already announced the delivery to the "vending machine" in time. On Friday, I received a call from the same driver about the delivery of the second packet. I explained the situation again. Tomorrow will be Monday. Last week. The sachet has not been delivered. Not only does such a company take over Dhl Shipments without asking anyone (based on previous shipments - they are shipped through Finland, New Zealand and Australia, delaying the delivery time. Even more complicated return the package after two or more months with a note that the recipient does not exist at the address provided. And the coolest thing is that absolutely nothing can be done. Such a company brutally cuts off the work of the Australian Post. Before the company appeared in Australia, all shipments via Australian Post were perfect, timely and without problems!
