Hello! Since the house in Melbourne, Staiceles Street 15 has been serviced by Siltumserviss, "bardaks" have joined. How can it be that in one house in the 6th staircase is not heated at all, right next door, in the 5th staircase, heated so that the apartments +24 and 27 degrees. Why the heat supply is no longer regulated according to the weather conditions. Why are the radiators so hot, as if it were -25 degrees outside instead of +14?
