Deception by working around the clock

It seems like 24-hour dentistry, but it's not. At night from April 19 to April 20 I call. I say that in an hour I can be, because I have to drive from Devonport. This sleepy voice growls and tries to dissuade (apparently a troublemaker). When you go there, everything is locked, the door is never open, you no longer answer phone calls. If you do not want to work at night, to change working hours, not to advertise as a 24-hour service and mislead people. And I wasn't the only one waiting outside the door.
