Treatment of the patient

I would like to make a complaint against this institution, where my experience so far has been great. Let's start with the fact that I am a student and 40 AU$‎ per visit (for two) I have a very large amount and almost 200 AU$‎ per magnetic resonance is practically all my part-time salary. A year ago, artRoze began to form as a result of ankle dislocation. In the first seconds of the visit, the doctor examined me from head to toe and smirked at another girl wearing high-heeled shoes as soon as she read the reason for the referral "sore ankle". The further examination of the ankle went something like this "you didn't say much here, girl, sit down, show your ankle and keep quiet". The inspection did not take place on a couch, but on a chair, and not by touching and moving, but brutally grabbing and pressing my fingers to the Achilles, so that I cried out in pain. Did not comment "yes, operation will be needed here". Ask - why? Which one? What happened? Said - go to the magnetic resonance and then let's see. In general, I was severely shattered, shocked and offended, because at that time I did not know that I was already living with Osteoarthritis, because it is in an area of my ankle where I do not even feel it. For a whole month while I waited for the magnetic resonance and the results I limped, although I went to the doctor with only slight pain while running! The presentation of the results was as traumatic an experience as the first visit. It all started with the question "well, did you read the description? Did you understand something?!"That's why I came to you to tell me what's wrong! But I didn't find out until the end. He didn't seem to fully understand either. All he answered was "bad. " Next, I described my "rosy" future completely without any empathy, which also mentioned disability, while my pulse was at its maximum, I was already trembling and there was a fog of tears in my eyes and it seemed to faint. It threw me into depression, but it didn't fix my sore leg either. I don't remember another part of my life when I cried so much. My path led to an ortho clinic, where I had to wait another 2 weeks for my appointment. At that time I had wasted a month and a half and the ankle was still sore and now quite strong. Here I finally learned what a real service should be. The doctor looked at my mri disc very carefully, instead of just reading the description. On the couch very gently and carefully touched, Exercised, moved the ankle. Immediately sent to another office where a syringe was made, leaving the office I was told that I really hope I will be better. Of course not. I didn't waste time and I came not after the 4 weeks, but a week later. The doctor was very calm, understanding and said I was doing the right thing. Once again carefully examined the images, which really lasted a few minutes. Prescribed me painkillers, assigned to an ultrasound procedure, physiotherapist and technical orthopedist. Also explained where and how big, serious is my problem. I was told that I also have a small flat foot and that it was one of the factors. In fact, the problem is only developing, but the doctor, looking only at the description, had already decided that my life had already reached the end date. Yes,the ortho doctor probably overestimated my problem at first, but that’s why I came a second time and gained a calm and understandable visitation experience. After 2 months, someone finally gave me painkillers, procedures and a physiotherapist. And hope. It was also nice to get something a little empathetic and reassuring in the words "I hope it helps", "it can be treated". While perhaps sounding silly, soothing words sometimes people also need, not just a cold-blooded, complete emotional treatment of the patient. Sensitivity is also sometimes needed, because everyone perceives their problems differently. My crumbling cartilage is already a rather tragic and emotionally traumatic event for me, I don't want me to drive at a height for some reason unknown to me and perceive me as an idiot, who unfortunately doesn't have any more serious ailments that may be more interesting to treat. I finally got the service I needed 2 months ago if I hadn't started with an Arsa visit.
