Incompetent Worker
This complaint is for the sake of others so that others do not waste their time with IT Bank incompetent employees... We want to take out a loan for the purchase of real estate. Our finances allowed it (at least explained a bank employee). We warn you that we are buying a repairable property. Then a bank employee, Jolanta, told us that at least a preliminary appraisal of the appraiser's house was required. Needless to say... Which appraiser will do something like this for free? But we were lucky to find an appraiser among the acquaintances. The bank asked that it would be good for us if the property valued the desired amount of the purchase. The appraiser rated 5, 000 more... Only by pictures. The bank employee tried to convince us that we now have to take out a loan for repairs as well. We explained that we do not need to repair it ourselves and by our own means. Of course, the bank did not want to agree with such an idea. Explainedthat then we need to sell at least 7, 000, that we have money for repairs. The bank employee spent 2 weeks wasting time solving issues, which the bank asked to solve, each time inventing new conditions. Why can't an employee present all the conditions of the bank in the first consultation, if he wants to take a property for the repairer? The end result felt very humiliated, that I almost had to force a larger amount than I needed. I do not agree with their terms and for the time being, either live in my current property or look for the services of another bank. The bitterness after all this is so great that I am ready to walk away from my 15-year-old bank and not even let anyone start contacting this bank.
