No stops at the stop

"The seat and the bus will not stop at the designated stop, even with my raised hand! The question arises - If the seat on the bus is reserved and paid for, then why will the bus not stop?" If he already had a castle in Oakland AO then I had to leave a free reserved place, do I not understand anything? I would never buy a ticket online again for an overpayment, and I would still be on the street with all the modems!
