Can't call, doesn't fulfill order for a month
Our house, Iron 42, turned on the heat on October 6th. After 3 days, one of the neighbors living on the higher floor (I live on the 7th floor, apartment 41) turned off the heat in one of the risers, which is the third year in a row. In the past, when there was heat in Melbourne, there was no problem, I called them and they turned on the heat. Now I called 8900, on 80000610 twice, I was promised that they would turn on the heat, but nothing happens. I pay for heat throughout the apartment, and the amount is not small, but the heat in one room I do not have. It's been a month, I'm interested in when it will be my turn for Melbourne Heat Service to fulfill its responsibilities. If such little work really cannot be done, then I askto reduce my heating bill.
