Declined AmEx purchase on I Radio auctio

Tried to buy something on an I Heart Tadio auction. AmEx was declined. Called AmEx who reported there are no problems with card!!!!!! Am Ex also says NO RECORD of invent Rev ever ran thru to AmEx. I smell a scam! Beware of incentRev (no phone)

I purchased products on 2/7/2021, I allowed the 3 weeks for delivery =no products received. I inquired to IncentRev and have yet to get a response. User’s recommendation: Beware of advertisement for order online from this company.
