I've been thinking for a long time or writing my thoughts on this company here, or not, but not even my problems with this company were the last drop, but this article - when the bee refused to help people who bought an expensive defective phone from them. So there are countless complaints about bits, but as for my experience and seeing other people's experiences, I can say what I have written in the title - xMobile is a company that is not yet interested in long-term customers but short-term and sometimes unreasonable profits! That's how I'll tell you about my experience. I have both a telephone connection and home internet (which I will give up soon). Let's start with the home internet, on this site - "https://www. bite.org/lv/internets" you can see the following sentence - "fast and powerful internet... " in experience - an unfounded sentence, but of course marketing remains marketing, the next unfounded sentence is "infinite internet". I have been a bee customer for several years, I can say that bee mobile home internet is unstable, slow and limited, in the beginning I had "unlimited internet" - 100gb, if you spend these 100gb, pay in the horn, now they increased this "unlimited" internet volume. What they currently offer - in terms of price, is the same as you can - in terms of price, order as optical internet, which means optical internet, up to 20 dollars, I currently have optical internet up to 600mbps / s (unlimited amount), what they offer by 21. 50 is limited, after experience 3-5mbps / s, which is slow internet, watching movies on the net slows down, after experience, every now and then tends to fall below 1mbps / s, which means web pages do not load, it does not happen often, but it happens. The answer to my countless calls, at the beginning - that they don't know why it happens, but time goes on, comes up with new answers, the guilty district in which I live, although at The speed of 15mps / s increases, but similar to that with below 1mbps / s it is rare, in general, there is usually a speed of 3-5mbps / s provided. That's not the end of my fun with this company, I change my mobile router to a smaller router, in their customer service center, I also change my sim card accordingly (I've changed my phone card to a new number before and everything was fine) I get a double bill, as if I would have taken two routers, two internet, even though I do not use the old simkart (for the old router), the bee refuses to cancel this double charge until I said that I would go to the Consumer Protection Center, immediately canceled this double charge. The only benefit of mobile internet - in my case, that I can take it to work, use a home computer, not use the work net, is the only benefit. Another problem with the mobile modern router, turning it off, on, sometimes takes 10-15 minutes before it settles and connects to the nets, but that's another story. Also, if you don't want to pay up to 20 dollars for this "wonderful fast" internet, then you either don't know if with 25 pcs you can use a month, it will be enough (9. 50 dollars / month) if you want youtubee. My only reasonable way out of this situation is an optical internet connection, the charge is less than a bee (21. 50 - bees 200gb / month) the speed is up to 600mbps / s and unlimited. 3-5mbps / s instead. Bite has also said that the so-called towers that provide this net are not going to be improved this year (although not next year either, why... ) another bee harasses me with its offers by calling me on the phone, where even 5x saying no, the conversation continues until I am forced to drop the handset, and even it is not fixed, I call 3-4x with the same offers until I have to write an official letter let me alone. Now let's move on to the last one - telephone communication. I have no complaints about telephone calls, everything is fine and beautiful, but the problem is that they are constantly increasing the fee, some internet antivirus (80 cents) does not have the opportunity to see the antivirus itself, I have refused to pay for a service I do not see, I would have no problem paying these 80 cents, if all this does not increase every six months, or for how long, their application service will also be created - 2 dollars, yes... I increased the price for my 2gb internet tariff, and inside this tariff plan, the top applications and antivirus were removed, jamaksaa separately, and I have been caught in their cunning move, I had seemed 13. 50 amount increased to 2gb tariff, looking at 14. 50 tariff - 5gb, I took it. I think this tariff will include (for me as a long-term customer) top applications and antivirus, but also not paid separately, and automatically my bill grew to 16. 50 (without antivirus, with top applications). And as if the switch back to the 2gb online site is not increasing, I will leave the customer service center, see if I can't change to the 2gb tariff there (which I doubt) then I will give up all services at all! I give up the top applications, but they will be disabled for me only at the beginning of a new month. So looking at all my experience, the experience of other people, I took the optical internet as I mentioned, I will give up the bee "fast unlimited" home internet completely, and if I have any more problems with mobile communications, I will also give up mobile communications and I will never go back for experimental purposes in that case, I hope that mobile communication will not disappoint in terms of attitude. Unfortunately, xMobile does not treat us as customers who want to keep in the long run, yes they want to, but they want to tear them away from us as much as possible, and in my case it was not always fair, such as the double internet prices I wanted. impose pay. Probably a lot of customers, so feel that it can behave, but think that customers will disappear over time and permanently if they do not change their attitudes and policies!
