No phone support and your email to me did not resolve my issue

Tried to change my credit card and switch to annual billing on the new card. Your site charged $149.99 do my old card. Your email back to me does not resolve the issue.

When I watch programs using your app. I keep getting kicked out of the program and have to re-enter it and watch a bunch more commercials!! This happens at least twice a program!
