I still have not gotten my money back for an order I placed and canceled on 5/27 I spoke to management about it and was told that it was taken cared of, but it has not I was still charged $17.81 When can I expect my money?

Good morning, a very rude driver with a child, I drive to the sand child to blom. There was no money on the card was 10e. The driver of the burqa was not immediately 50e. Cannot change 10e.
