No one turned up after the second complaint

No one turned up. After the first complaint, service person came and repaired. Without checking the results, he went. Problem persisted. Not in a position to identify the problem by the service associate and lower level company technicians. Suffering from the last 6-8 months.

IFB did not response to your communication, but thereafter I had to complain personally on their consumer care no. That is to be done from BSNL No. No toll free no. Then, they became active and resolved my complain.
