The masks were shipped in reasnable time but then languikshed inthe shipping stage because of the cheap way you sent them. There they were ikn the system .going nowhere. why wasn’t I offered fasater receipt at a reasonable extra cost? User’s recommendation: Check shipping time.
Idea Village was very responsive and promptly replaced my broken night vision glasses which I had purchased in a drug store. I appreciated the courtesy they extended to me and would certainly deal with this company again. User’s recommendation: I would recommend future customers to Idea Village.
Great idea! The Problem is with the trimming guides. They do not stay attached while in use. They fall off the trimming unit causing sudden scalping of the hair. If it happened at a barber, I would sue him. I can’t sue myself for a terrible haircut, so I will wait for it to grow out. The...

Poor service, fraud
The story is this - we have gone to Crete with our brothers and sisters, currently writing from a hotel. In the summer, we decided that we needed to go to Crete together in the autumn, because as a child we drove here. Through Keltravel we bought a trip, but it turns out they are collaborating with Joy Tour, who ruined us the whole trip. We got two nights to stay in another hotel, which was still livable, but when we were brought to the Iolida beach hotel, where we were supposed to have rooms by the sea and with a sea view, we were put in rooms furthest from the sea, my brother and wife's room is ok, but my girlfriend and I were given a room that looked like a basement and smelled of old rags. The joy tour of course doesn't matter at all,Thank God Agent Katerina tries to help us as much as she can from Australia and thanks to the girls at the hotel reception who still got us another room, even though the hotel is over booked.
