Poor service

Going to this post office several times would be very slow. People stand in line in the spirit of the street. It is not once or twice, but regularly. Retirees, new mothers and pregnant women. Small packages are no longer thrown in the mailbox, but have to go to the post office. That's where the problems started. Why not throw in packets, they are the size of an ordinary envelope? What will happen during the winter? Queue covid during a pandemic! Is this acceptable?
