In June, I terminated my employment with Pty. Capsule due to the theft of the employer's money from the employee, as well as non-payment of salary. The State Labor Inspectorate can only shake your finger and impose a small fine for violating the law. A number of disbursement agreements were concluded, but they were ignored, and anything that was stipulated in the employment contract was also ignored or violated. The "entrepreneur" ignores any communication and since June has been answering phone calls once a month to answer the same thing as a robot, that everything will be resolved in the "coming days". It is a great pity for a client who wanted to work with the agency and now has to report that the work has not been done, but the money has been taken from the funds.
