Low quality internet
I've been a bee customer for several years, and for a long time everything has been more or less good. However, lately bee internet (both wifi and mobile) has been under every criticism - if previously the same address speed at speedtest. net was stable at around 90 mbp / s, now - well if 10-20 mbp / s. Of course, the speed actually used can be safely divided by 10. As a result, the Internet is barely usable - for example, when watching youtube videos on one computer, even 480p quality tends to "take over", while using the Internet on two computers at the same time is almost impossible. With the internet on the phone being even worse, there videos tend to resort to even 360p quality. It is better not to talk about using the Internet for work or playing any games online at all (often hangs for 3-5 seconds). I called "customer service", the answer after four days (by the way 31. 12, thanks for the "improvement" of the holy mood) and "receiving a reply from the technical department" - congested base station, the solution is not and will not be. As for the phone, offered to use 3g / 2g mode (for such a solution I have no words at all). Since the phone currently has unlimited internet, which I can't really use at all, please switch to a lower tariff plan, maintaining the previously granted discount. Can't - offered a 500 mb limit for actually the same price (I'm talking to Jeanne, I don't recommend). With all this in mind, I wanted to end my commitment during the negotiation, but I have to pay the router immediately. As it turns out, in order to do this, it is mandatory to write the application in person or send an electronically signed document (unfortunately I do not have an e-signature). Accordingly, if you want to order goods for 1,000 dollars - safely, we will do everything by phone. If you want to pay the balance of 40 dollars for a router - it is mandatory to go to the customer service center during an emergency situation. Personally, it seems to me that this is done with the goal of limiting the amount of outgoing customers, money over other people's health than anything. In other words, if you are thinking of becoming a bee customer, think carefully again. PS I am writing this complaint for the second time - the page was loaded for about 10 minutes, I did not expect the result. I don't know if it's the quality of the internet or the fault of the website. PPS Interesting, because the quality of using the Internet next to another connection does not deteriorate. Personally, it seems that the bee has simply set a ridiculously low speed limit per connection.
